When Jeff Robberson told me he wanted to honor Robberson Ford employees who have been working at the Central Oregon dealership for more than a decade, I had no idea how many people I would be photographing. 35,in fact! Thant kind of longevity says a lot about the kind of company Jeff has worked hard to create.

We spent time discussing the assignment, and finally decided to do an editorial shoot that would capture the unique personalities of employees in their work environments. As is always the case, I was captivated by their stories. And that is what shaped the best shots.

Those smiling faces on the waiting room wall tell the personal side of Robberson Ford’s story. But most of all, they remind you it is the people working there who make you feel at home.
